Perpetual journal - February.

Last day of Feb- can you believe it? Here are my perpetual journal pages. Second year round now so I am enjoying the drawings and comments about last years Spring. The flowers are earlier than last year and everything is greening up despite all the storms and the huge amounts of rainfall. There is water lying in all the fields. Wherever there is a dip there is a puddle or a lake.

  1. These are lovely as always, Louise. How lovely to have a journal that allows comparison like this. We have only to hope it dries up a little soon!

    1. Thank you Margaret. At least it looks sunnier today. The water lying in all the fields is worrying. Poor farmers.

  2. Yes, the journal is such a wonderful way to tie the seasons and years together. Catching up with your last posts, the winter cloth is beautiful, so full of light. It gives a sense of purity.

    1. Thank you Beth. He did turn out well. I was thinking about a contrast between the colourful(paint) bird and the (pencil) twigs.
